Omani In-house Training Program (OITP) 

Beyond offers a three months Omani In-house Training Program for Omani nationals extendable to six months if candidates demonstrate positive abilities during the training period. All candidates work in live projects of Beyond during the OITP period and receive monthly phone and transportation allowances.

Beyond offers OITP candidates a unique opportunity to learn international best practices in the creative industry and grooms them for the local market needs being fresh graduates or individuals with some work experience. Candidates are entitled for a job offer at Beyond and are given preference over external applicants if they demonstrate progressive performance in the training criteria and achieve a training evaluation above 85% (Subject to Beyond’s vacancies at the time).

Omani Talent Support Program (OTSP) 

Beyond offers all talented Omani citizens discounted rates on all services to encourage them to brand and market themselves in more effective manners. This program is targeted at supporting Omani talents and help achieve strong presence in the fields of multimedia, arts, entertainment, and community initiatives.

Two distinguished candidates of this program were Ibtihal Al Zadjali (Media Anchor) and Ziad Al Wahaibi (Singer).

Omani Vendor Support Program (OVSP) 

Beyond seeks to partner with Omani vendors for various third-party services giving them first-refusal-right in applicable projects given they abide with Beyond’s quality and service delivery standards.

Candidates of this program were local photographers/videographers, cultural experts, domain experts, consultants, event talents, printers, fabrication workshops, and gift items suppliers.

Beyond offers all talented Omani citizens discounted rates on all services to encourage them to brand and market themselves in more effective manners. This program is targeted at supporting Omani talents and help achieve strong presence in the fields of multimedia, arts, entertainment, and community initiatives.

Beyond offers community initiatives sponsorship through waving off considerable amounts of rates on all services to assist them brand and spread awareness of their activities in more effective manners. This program is targeted at supporting initiatives that serve and contribute to the Omani society being government, charity, social awareness, or self-development initiatives.
