Beyond offers a three months Omani In-house Training Program for Omani nationals extendable to six months if candidates demonstrate positive abilities during the training period. All candidates work on live projects of Beyond during the OITP period and receive monthly phone and transportation allowances.
Beyond offers OITP candidates a unique opportunity to learn international best practices in the creative industry and grooms them for the local market needs being fresh graduates or individuals with some work experience. Candidates are entitled for a job offer at Beyond and are given preference over external applicants if they demonstrate progressive performance in the training criteria and achieve a training evaluation above 85% (Subject to Beyond’s vacancies at the time).
